James came seeking an investment of $300,000 for 5% equity for the business.

Kevin O’Leary offered $300,000 for 51% and said that he would drink $1,000 worth of wine to console himself for the lost opportunity. James offered $1,000 worth of wine in Copa Di Vino to Kevin because he knew Kevin is a wine lover but Kevin did not change his offer. When asked by Mark Cuban if he would lower the valuation, James agreed and Kevin immediately offered $300,000 for 12%.
