Cereal Killerz Kitchen is a breakfast restaurant. Their specialty is bowls of cereals. They also sell many dishes and snacks which are made from cereals like pop tarts, waffles, candies, and cookies. Basically, it’s a retail franchise that sells snacks and treats which are based on cereals only.

They have more than 100 types of cereals. This is Southern Nevada’s first-ever cereal bar. Their mission is to create happiness one bowl at a time. They opened their first restaurant in Galleria at sunset and are now planning to open at 2 more locations.

Who are the Founders of Cereal Killerz?

Christopher and Jessica Burns is a husband-wife duo who founded Cereal Killers Kitchen in 2018. They are based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jessica used to work in an Insurance company. But after losing her job, she decided to do what she loves. Jessica has always been passionate about cooking and wanted to start her own business.

Chris said that his daughter has down syndrome and she wants to eat cinnamon toasties every night. He used to make different variations of it so that she doesn’t get bored with eating the same food every night.

Out of their love for cooking, they opened their first restaurant at Galleria in Sunset. This became the first-ever cereal bar in southern  Nevada.

Chris and Jessica appeared in season 12 of Shark Tank. they were seeking $125,000 for 10% equity. The sharks loved the idea.

Lori said that she liked the idea but she has already invested in a similar company so she is out. Robert said that the concept is nice but it is too risky for him. So he is out too. Mark and Daymond John did not want to invest in this company so they both decided not to take this deal further. That’s why they have to leave the show without any deal.

The founders opened their first store in 2019 at Galleria in Sunset. Since then they have opened 2 more branches of the restaurant. Even in times of pandemic, their business is going pretty well. Their new stores were able to turn in profit in just 7 weeks.

The couple in a Facebook post wrote that they are really thankful for the response they have been receiving. And even in the times of COVID, they have new stores opening soon. And their new store turned in the profit in just 7 weeks.
