She then talks about the problems she is facing in her business-like problems related to lead time and manufacturing. Lead time lasts for 8 to 9 months and manufacturers are not flexible and they need to work better.

Kendra is the first one to offer $500,000 for 10%. Then immediately without hesitation Barbara steps in and offers $500,000 for 20%. They team up. Next Kevin offers 500,000 for 15%. Elly is not comfortable giving 20%. Kendra goes to her original offer, Elly accepts and the deal is done.
