Co-founder Jason informs us the idea for truffle shuffle came to him when he was working in the French Laundry. After working in the French laundry there were many occasions that were marked by lavish dinners for foodies and they used to ask whether they could find some cooking shows. After watching some himself Jason got the idea of if the person who watches a cooking show will get a product to eat in the end, wouldn’t that be great and that is how he introduced the idea to truffle shuffle.

The idea of delivering to restaurants and stores like whole foods was a short-lived tale that flowered into demo classes today they cook with 25,000 households. They continue on till this day.

They ask whether Mark can increase the money the answer is $501,000 for 18% after some thought and discussion they decide to go with Mark.
