Who are the founders of Wanna Date?
Melissa Bartow is the founder of Wanna Date. She graduated with a degree in Bachelors in Entrepreneurship from New York University. She has worked as a magazine photographer, brand ambassador, and food vendor waiter. While she was interning with a food vendor during her college days, she found out about dates and their benefits.
She researched about the same and found that all the dates in the market contained sugar. She purchased a food processor and started working on making healthy date butter in her dorm room itself. She started experimenting and testing it on different friends by sending them on blind dates and testing the nut butter on them to check the taste and quality of her product. After receiving great reviews, she decided to launch Wanna Date on the market.
