What is Jackson honest?
Jackson Honest is a one-of-a-kind initiative by its founders Megan and Scott Reamer at introducing snacks that are delicious yet guilt-free for people who are diet conscious.
They aim at popularising the product as a healthy substitute to the everyday unhealthy munchable.
Jackson Honest produces and markets a portfolio of potato chips, tortilla chips, and grain-free puffs made with organic coconut oil, cooked slowly to retain the nutrition and flavor of the ingredients.
The company’s products are made from sweet potatoes sourced directly from farmers.
Founder Story:
When Scott and Megan were developing the recipe of slow cooked chips, they never thought that they would be leading a multi-millionaire company, that will take the snacks market by storm. Far from it, they were on a mission to help their son, Jackson.
Jackson was suffering from a rare and incurable auto-immune disease, which lead the Reamers to produce the potato and tortilla chips that they now sell under the name of their Jackson Honest.
Jackson tragically passed away at the age of 16 from complications of Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome in August.
Now, the business that bears their son’s name has one more mission apart from providing healthy snacks, which is to share Jackson’s story and introduce other families to the health benefits of Nutrient-dense snacks and diet.
