Mr. Wonderful again jumped and gave a surprise offer of $325,000 for an exchange of 20% equity in the Bite Toothpaste. Mark Cuban gave an offer of $325,000 for an exchange of 15% equity in the business.

Founders gave a counteroffer of $325,000 for a 5% equity along with 2% advisory shares in the business. Mark Cuban asked for a counter offer to which they shared that they would not be willing to give more than 7% equity and Mark went out for the same. Kevin O’Leary was not willing to below 20% equity. Hence, all the offers were rejected by Asher Hunt and Lindsay McCormick and they left the pitch with no deal.
